Information we collect

• Contact & event details you provide — name, email, phone, event date, guest count, location, and menu preferences — when you submit a request or quote.
• Communications — messages you send us by form, email, or phone.
• Basic usage data — standard, non-identifying information your browser sends (e.g. pages visited), used only to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, confirm bookings, and coordinate and deliver your catering.
• To contact you about your event, send invoices, and share reminders.
• To improve our menus and service.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Square) to handle deposits and payments, and our email provider to send confirmations and reminders — and only as needed to serve you, or if required by law.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons). Just contact us.
